The two right lanes on the Limassol-Paphos motorway near the Mesa Geitonia exit in Limassol were closed at around 2.30pm for cable installation works, police said.
Police officers are in the area to assist and regulate traffic, which is being channelled through the left lane in both directions of the motorway.
Police urged drivers passing through the area to be particularly careful, drive at a safe low speed, keep a safe distance from vehicles ahead and follow officers’ instructions.
