Rocket manufacturing facility warehouse explodes in Belgrade, Serbia

Two individuals have been killed and 16 injured on Tuesday (November 23) in an explosion within the storage space at Serbian turbojet and rocket engine maker EDePro, the inside ministry stated in a press release.

An eyewitness close to the settlement of Kaludjerica, six kilometres east of central Belgrade, captured the second after the explosion occurred.

“I noticed two intermittent traces within the sky, as if somebody had truly fired two rockets into the sky, and between them a big smoke mushroom cloud. On the similar time, I heard two explosions, as if somebody was firing rockets. The smoke mushroom was large. All of the individuals residing within the surrounding homes went exterior,” an eyewitness informed Reuters.

At 2.13 p.m. (1313 GMT) the fireplace service acquired a name that an explosion had occurred in a rocket gasoline manufacturing facility 13 kilometres south of Belgrade, the assertion stated.

The explosion was in a warehouse during which 500 rockets with 30 kilograms of explosive every have been saved, the assertion stated.
