Police in Limassol are investigating to home burglaries on Sunday and have called on the public to be vigilant during the holidays.
According to police, the two burglaries occurred in the Ayios Tychonas area, where the burglars broke into the homes.
In first instance, police said that the suspects were able to break into the individual’s safe, which as empty. Police added that they also stole items from the person’s home, but the value has not yet been determined.
Regarding the second home, police said that the burglars broke into the safes, and stole a small amount of money. There also stole electronics and other items of value.
Police are still searching for the suspects.
