The completion of the process of refunding the financial charges paid for the Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners is reported by the Department of Companies and Intellectual Property.
Specifically, the Department of Companies and Intellectual Property, following its announcement dated January 31, 2024, today informed through a new announcement that the process of refunding the financial charges paid from 01/01/2024 to 16/01/2024 regarding the Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners has been completed. The refund of the financial amounts has been made directly to the account of the card used for the initial payment.
It is reminded that as of April 1, 2024, non-compliance will result in the imposition of administrative and other sanctions, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) 112/21, as amended and in force.
