Disciplinary actions in opposition to 15 policemen for the Metaxas case

Six months after the choice of the Authorized Service to not prosecute the policemen who received concerned within the investigation of the case of lacking girls who grew to become the victims of Metaxas, the highway is now open for the policemen’s disciplinary actions.

Not too long ago the Impartial Authority Investigating Complaints in opposition to the Police despatched a letter to the Chief of Police mentioning the names of the 15 officers and policemen and requesting disciplinary actions in opposition to them.

Now the Deputy Commander Chief will appoint a Disciplinary Committee which can inform the individuals concerned of the method to be adopted. When the 15 policemen will obtain their prices, they’ll reply and state whether or not they’ll appoint a lawyer.
