A low-pressure system and a relatively cold air mass are expected from tomorrow, bringing rain, isolated storms, possible hail and snow or sleet on the highest Troodos peaks.

Tonight, the weather will be mainly cloudy, with local rain and possible isolated storms, initially in the west and later in other areas. Winds will be variable, light and temporarily locally moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be up to slight.
Temperatures tonight will fall to 11C inland, around 13C on the coast and 7C in the higher mountains.
Tomorrow, the weather will be mainly cloudy with local rain and isolated storms. Hail may fall during a storm, while snow or sleet is expected on the highest peaks of Troodos.
Winds will initially be variable, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, gradually becoming south-westerly to westerly, strong, 5 Beaufort, and temporarily very strong to gale-force on windward coasts, 6 to 7 Beaufort. The sea will be up to rough.
Temperatures tomorrow will rise to around 20C inland and on the coast, and 11C in the higher mountains.
Tomorrow night, the weather will remain mainly cloudy, with local rain and isolated storms, mainly in the western half of the island. Winds will blow south-westerly to westerly, moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort, and up to very strong on windward coasts, 6 Beaufort. The sea will become rough and locally up to very rough.
On Monday, the weather will be mainly cloudy with local rain and isolated storms. Snow or sleet is expected on the highest Troodos peaks.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, locally increased cloud is expected at times, bringing isolated showers around midday and early afternoon, mainly in the mountains.
Temperatures are expected to rise slightly and gradually until Wednesday, remaining below average.
