Police are directing drivers away from the Rizoelia roundabout and urging motorists to use alternative routes as the junction remains blocked by farmer protests.
Drivers travelling from Larnaca to Nicosia are advised to use the route via the Kalo Chorio roundabout towards Kofinou. Those heading from Larnaca towards Famagusta are directed to use the Avdellero and Oroklini exits.
The same alternative routes apply in reverse for drivers travelling from Nicosia to Larnaca and from Famagusta to Larnaca.
Police are urging all drivers to exercise particular caution and follow the instructions of officers on the ground.
