House prices climb 6% year-on-year in final quarter of 2025

Cyprus house prices rose 6% year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to a preliminary estimate from the Statistical Service.

The Residential Property Price Index stood at 152.91 units in the October–December period, unchanged from the third quarter of 2025 but up 6% on the same period a year earlier.

The sub-index for new homes edged up to 174.51 units from 173.92 units in the previous quarter, while the sub-index for existing homes slipped to 134.56 units from 135.60 units over the same period.
