A ceiling slab collapsed at a building under construction on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue in Limassol earlier today during formwork operations, though no injuries were reported.
Police attended the scene and officers from the Department of Labour Inspection were notified. They are investigating the cause of the incident.
According to witnesses, the third-floor ceiling of the building appears to have given way due to weather conditions while concrete pouring was in progress.
