Cyprus is set for a mainly clear and mild day today, Sunday, although localized clouds will appear at intervals across the island.
According to the latest forecast, temperatures will rise to approximately 19°C in both inland and coastal areas, while the higher mountains will reach a maximum of 8°C.
Winds will blow from the southwest to northwest, occasionally becoming variable. Wind speeds are expected to be light to moderate, measuring 3 to 4 Beaufort. During the afternoon, the southwestern coast may experience temporary gusts reaching up to 5 Beaufort.
The sea will remain relatively calm, with conditions described as “up to slight” throughout the day.
As evening approaches, the clear skies will persist. Overnight winds will shift primarily from the northwest to northeast at a light 3 Beaufort, and the sea will remain calm to slightly turbulent.
