Freedom Holding Corp. reports $1.7 billion in revenue for 9 months of FY2026

Freedom Holding Corp., the parent company of Freedom24, has announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on December 31, 2025. For the third quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, Freedom Holding Corp. delivered resilient operating results across its diversified financial services businesses. 

Commenting on the results, Timur Turlov, Founder and CEO of Freedom Holding Corp., said: “We continue to develop our digital ecosystem by integrating traditional brokerage and banking with everyday consumer services. This ecosystem supports a wide range of use cases, from daily purchases such as groceries and tickets to transactions involving complex investment instruments. The strategy we adopted several years ago – to build a trusted operating environment rather than a simple marketplace – is delivering results. More than 7 million customers now use our platform. Our SuperApp is the most downloaded application in Kazakhstan, with plans for expansion into additional markets. Global technology leaders, including NVIDIA, Amazon, and Microsoft, are participating in our projects.” 

During the quarter, Freedom Holding Corp. continued to expand its customer base across all business segments. As of December 31, 2025, the total number of customers reached 7.2 million, driven by growth in brokerage accounts to 0.8 million, banking service users to 4.5 million, and insurance customers to 1.2 million. The number of Freedom SuperApp users increased to 4.3 million, while customers of non-financial services reached 0.7 million.

Key highlights for the period include:

  • Total net revenue of $628.6 million for Q3 FY2026 and $1.7 billion for the nine-month period
  • Net income of $76.2 million for the quarter and $145.4 million for the nine-month period
  • Basic earnings per share of $1.27 for the quarter and $2.43 for the nine-month period
  • Brokerage customers reaching 828,000 as of December 31, 2025, an increase of 145,000 over nine months
  • The holding company and its subsidiaries employ more than 11,300 people in 21 countries around the world, including the United States, Europe and Central Asia.

A significant event was the signing of a strategic agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, OpenAI, Inc. and Freedom Holding Corp. in Washington, D.C. (USA) on November 6, 2025. The document provides 165,000 teachers in Kazakhstan with access to ChatGPT Edu, a special educational version of ChatGPT with enhanced privacy and data management mechanisms. Under the agreement, Freedom Holding Corp. will provide funding for the initiative, OpenAI will provide the ChatGPT Edu platform and localized support, and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan will coordinate the project at the level of state bodies and educational organizations.
