A 30-year-old driver was trapped in his vehicle after losing control on the Paphos-Limassol motorway shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
The crash happened on the Limassol-bound carriageway after the Erimi exit, police said.
Firefighters freed the driver from the wreckage. He suffered leg injuries and was taken to a private hospital in Limassol, where he was kept for treatment.
His condition is described as serious.
Limassol Traffic Police are investigating the crash.
