Isolated showers expected on Wednesday as temperatures hold above seasonal average

Wednesday will bring partly cloudy skies with isolated showers expected mainly from midday onwards, as temperatures hold slightly above seasonal norms through the festive weekend.

Temperatures will reach around 19 degrees Celsius inland, 21 degrees on the coast and 10 degrees in the higher mountains. Winds will blow mainly northeast to southeast, light to moderate at force 3 to 4 Beaufort, with the sea up to slightly rough.

Wednesday evening will remain partly cloudy with possible isolated rain mainly in coastal areas. Winds will shift to mainly northwest to northeast, light at force 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough.

Christmas Day will start partly cloudy before local rain develops after midday, with an isolated thunderstorm possible.

Friday and Saturday will see intervals of partly cloudy weather with isolated rain or thunderstorms expected, mainly after midday.

Temperatures through Saturday are not expected to change significantly, remaining slightly above seasonal averages.
