A road collision that occurred in Limassol on 30 July 2025 has turned fatal after the 66-year-old pedestrian involved, Androulla Sirivianou from Limassol, passed away today.
A post-mortem examination on the body of Sirivianou is scheduled to take place at a later stage to determine the exact cause of death.
The collision took place when a car driven by a 30-year-old woman struck the 66-year-old pedestrian, who was attempting to cross the road under circumstances that are currently under investigation.
Following the collision, Sirivianou suffered serious injuries and was transported to a private hospital in the city.
Limassol Traffic Police are continuing their investigations into the incident.
