The Fire Service was put on alert at around 1:18 a.m. today following a fire in a sauna room at a private theme park in the community of Eptagonia, Limassol district.
The Force responded with two fire engines and extinguished the fire, which caused extensive damage to the sauna room and also burned a small area of dry grass.
The scene is being guarded by the police, and an investigation into the cause of the fire will follow.
