Winds will begin variable and light at 3 Beaufort scale during morning hours, transitioning to predominantly south-westerly to north-westerly directions at weak to moderate intensity of 3 to 4 Beaufort scale.
Southern coastal areas will experience temporarily moderate to strong winds reaching 4 to 5 Beaufort scale during afternoon periods.
The sea will be smooth to slight.
Temperatures will reach approximately 36 degrees Celsius inland, around 30 degrees on western and south-western coasts, approximately 32 degrees on remaining coastal areas and around 24 degrees in higher mountain regions.
Extended forecasts indicate Thursday through Saturday will feature mainly clear weather with intermittent increased local cloud cover. Temperatures will show gradual slight increases through Saturday, positioning slightly above the average for the season.
