The weather on Sunday will be mostly clear for Christmas eve and will follow suit for Christmas day, according to the met office.
In their announcement, the met office said that temperatures are expected to reach 22 degrees C inland and, on the coast, while in the mountains the temperature is expected to reach 10 degrees.
In the evening the temperature will fall to 9 degrees inland, 14 on the western and northern coasts, and 11 on the rest of the coasts, while in the mountains the temperatures will fall to 3 degrees.
On Monday, temperatures are not expected to vary drastically, and they are expected to remain above average temperatures for the season, the met office said.
The weather through the mid-week is expected to remain the same.
