City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s first integrated resort (IR), hosted iFX EXPO International, the world’s largest financial B2B expo, which brought together thousands of exhibitors and attendees to Limassol this week.
On 20 and 21 September, the integrated resort’s sprawling MICE facilities, which include the largest EXPO centre on the island, welcomed over 4,000 attendees participating in the most talked about gathering of the year.
Newly opened in July, City of Dreams Mediterranean is already tapping fresh MICE markets, and helping Cyprus attain its goal of becoming a hub for conference tourism.
The resort’s MICE facilities also include a Grand Ballroom seating 870 guests, or up to 1,100 for a cocktail reception, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a Roman-style Amphitheatre seating around 200 people, and an Event Lawn which can accommodate up to 2,000 standing or 1,000 banquet-style.
