Latvian vacationer assaulted and injured by taxi driver in Paphos

 

A Latvian vacationer has been hospitalised following an alleged assault by a taxi driver in Paphos.

The incident occurred final night time whereas the 40 12 months outdated driver was carrying a Latvian couple to their resort, following their arrival within the metropolis for a vacation.

For causes but to be recognized, the driving force, of Georgian descent, attacked the person, who suffered hand and leg fractures and is being handled on the Paphos Basic Hospital.

An arrest warrant has been issued towards the driving force.

In a separate incident final night time, a criticism was filed towards a 19 12 months outdated Georgian man for assaulting one other Georgian.
