A woman was injured early on Tuesday after her electric scooter collided with a car at a junction in Limassol.
The crash happened at the traffic lights on Nikos Pattichis street, near a car wash. According to traffic police, the woman was travelling southbound when she attempted a U-turn at the lights and was struck by a vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
An ambulance took her to Limassol General Hospital. Her condition was not immediately known. Traffic police attended the scene to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
