Wizz Air launches Cyprus-Armenia route with twice-weekly flights

Budget airline Wizz Air announced a new route connecting Larnaca with Gyumri, Armenia, beginning 30 September 2025 with twice-weekly service.

The carrier will operate flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays until 25 October, shifting to Thursdays and Sundays from 30 October onwards. Tickets are available through the airline’s website and mobile application starting at €19.99.

Wizz Air also announced additional winter destinations from Larnaca including Venice and Tuzla, expanding its Cyprus network.

Gyumri, located in northwestern Armenia, serves as the destination for the new service operating through Shirak Airport.

The €19.99 fare includes administrative fees and small cabin baggage with maximum dimensions of 40x30x20 centimetres. Wheeled bags and checked luggage incur additional charges.
