First-dose vaccinations against foot-and-mouth disease have reached 98% of the cattle population and 76% of sheep and goats, according to an update from the Agriculture Ministry.
For the second dose, the vaccination rate has reached 37.6% of cattle and 10.6% of sheep and goats, the ministry said.
It added that no new cases have been recorded so far.
The ministry also said that a total of 28,516 sheep and goats and 1,910 cattle have been culled.
