Unvaccinated University of Technology (Tepak) students who are not allowed on campus for the new semester have raised complaints that the provided distance learning is problematic.
Philenews reported on Wednesday that some said professors had forgotten to turn on the computer camera for them to watch the lesson online.
And others said that there were cases in the first two days of class where no information was sent out on how the course would have been conducted.
The Limassol-based technical university has decided that unvaccinated students would not be allowed to attend courses physically, even if they have a negative PCR test result.
Some students went as far as to say that these methods are an indirect attempt to force them to get vaccinated against the coronavirus.
In addition to students, parents also told Philenews the situation is particularly problematic and that students could fail lessons because of this.
