Police in Cyprus reported 19 individuals and five establishments over the past 24 hours for violation of measures aiming to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
The Force had carried out 3,070 checks island-wide, according to CNA.
In Nicosia, Police carried out 965 checks and fined four individuals and two shop owners.
In Limassol, 229 checks were carried out and six individuals got fines while 618 checks in Larnaca led to two individuals and one shop owner getting fines.
In Pafos, 218 checks led to two fines handed to individuals and another two to shop owners.
In Famagusta, 448 checks were carried out with five individuals getting fined, while 151 checks were made in Morphou with no fines issued.
The Traffic Department and that of the Marine and Port one carried out 139 and 302 respectively with no fines issued.
