Traffic congestion severely impacted the Lefkara Municipal area this Sunday afternoon (14/12) around 2:30 pm, caused by a massive influx of visitors to the festive Christmas Village.
The heavy volume of traffic has resulted in gridlock on the Skarinou–Lefkara road, as well as on roads within Lefkara itself. Furthermore, parking spaces in the Lefkara area are currently completely full.
For public safety, the Police urge the public to exercise extreme caution when travelling in the region.
