Three Cypriot hotels have been ranked among the best in the world at the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Awards 2025, with one achieving a perfect score that only 30 hotels worldwide can claim.
The awards, now in their tenth year, are presented by British Airways Holidays — which also marked its 70th anniversary in 2025 — in partnership with Feefo, the world’s largest verified reviews platform. This year’s awards drew on 104,444 independent guest reviews and recognised 949 hotels worldwide, with guests evaluating service, sleep quality, cleanliness and location.
The Four Seasons and Amathus Beach Hotel — both five-star properties under Muskita Hotels — were among the honoured properties. Four Seasons achieved a perfect 5/5, placing it in an elite group of just 30 hotels globally to receive the highest possible rating. Amathus Beach Hotel scored an impressive 4.9/5.
Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort in Peyia, Paphos, also received the award, achieving an overall score of 4.8/5. The five-star resort, part of the Korantina Homes Group, was recognised for its service quality, facilities and overall guest experience.
“Congratulations to Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort on this outstanding achievement,” said Mark Hall, Head of Product Development and Strategic Partnerships at British Airways Holidays. “Consistently delivering high-quality service reflects the dedication and care your team shows in every stay and to every guest. Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort exemplifies perfectly our commitment to putting the customer experience at the centre of everything we do.”
Nick Aristou, Commercial Director of Muskita Hotels, said the recognition was “particularly meaningful” as it reflected the experience as perceived by guests. “It is a testament to the care and attention to detail that define every aspect of our hospitality, and a genuine validation of the exceptional work carried out daily by our team,” he said.
