It’s the latest in a series of successive Takata recalls over the past few months, this time affecting 132 Opel-Vauxhall vehicles, with a relevant announcement by CIC Automasters calling on owners to immediately immobilise their cars.
The announcement was conveyed by the Road Transport Department, clarifying that this is additional to the October 17th and November 20th recalls. Their MOT suitability certificates have also been recalled.
The Road Transport Department is urging all owners affected to contact the distributor, CIC Automasters, for further instructions.
