The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) has announced that electricity supply will be cut off on Tuesday, 31 March 2026, from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM in the following areas of Limassol and Paphos:
- Kato Platres
- Omodos
- Mandria
- Vasa Koilaniou
- Malia
- Kissousa
- Potamiou
- Arson
- Praitori
- Mesana
- Arminou
- Filousa Kelokedaron
- Kedaras
- Salamiou
- Agios Ioannis Paphou
- Agios Nikolaos
The EAC notes that since the duration of the power cut is not guaranteed to last the full timeframe indicated, consumers should assume that their installations will be live, meaning they will still have electricity for the entire time mentioned in the notice.
The EAC apologises for any inconvenience caused, stating that the power outage is necessary for expansion and maintenance work on the network.
