Scattered showers and thunderstorms expected through mid-week

Today, Tuesday, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms expected throughout the day.

Winds will blow mainly north-easterly to south-easterly and locally south-westerly, light to moderate force 3 to 4, temporarily strengthening to moderate to strong force 4 to 5. The sea will be generally slight to moderate.

Temperatures will reach around 18°C inland, around 19°C on the coast and around 7°C in the higher mountains.

On Wednesday, conditions will remain partly cloudy to cloudy at times with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms expected.

On Thursday, it will be cloudy at times with scattered showers, and an isolated thunderstorm can’t be ruled out.

On Friday, it will be cloudy at times with the possibility of scattered showers.

Temperatures on Wednesday aren’t expected to change significantly and will remain close to seasonal averages. On Thursday and Friday, they’re expected to rise gradually.
