Cyprus will see mainly cloudy weather on Saturday with local rain and a possible brief isolated thunderstorm, mainly after midday, whilst sleet or snow is expected on the Troodos peaks.
Winds will initially blow variable and light at 3 Beaufort, gradually becoming mainly north-easterly light to moderate at 3-4 Beaufort by late afternoon. The sea will be smooth to slight.
Temperatures will reach around 15°C inland, around 18°C on the coast and around 5°C in the higher mountains.
On Sunday, rain is expected along with snow or sleet in the higher mountains.
On Monday afternoon, locally increased clouds are expected to bring isolated rain in the mountains and south of Troodos, whilst on Tuesday the weather will be mainly clear.
Temperatures will show a gradual noticeable drop until Monday, with a small rise on Tuesday, fluctuating below average for the season.
