Full text of the post

The fascist explosives attack on the home of artist George Gavriel is the result of a climate of targeting, hatred, and the fascisization of public discourse. The instrumentalization of art and freedom of expression by political and media centres paved the way for violence.

Criticism of art is legitimate. Terrorisation, threats, and attacks are not.

The democratic and progressive people of this country unequivocally condemn the attack and call for a massive, peaceful response.

Art that does not bother is merely decoration.

Zero tolerance for fascism.
