Police fined 22 residents all throughout Cyprus over the past 24 hours for violation of measures aiming to curb the unfold of the coronavirus.
The Drive had carried out a complete of three,080 checks, in line with the CNA.
In Nicosia, out of 1,550 checks six folks had been fined, in Limassol 22 checks led to 6 residents had been reported whereas in Larnaca 407 checks resulted to 5 residents being reported.
In Paphos, out of 168 checks three residents reported whereas in Famagusta one other two folks had been fined after 388 checks.
In Morphou space, there have been no violations after 74 checks.
No residents had been reported after 157 checks carried out by the Site visitors Police and a further 114 checks by the Port and Marine Police.
Most fines had been issued for non-use of protecting face masks.
