Strovolos Municipality will open the eastern section of Tseriou Avenue to traffic from Wednesday whilst closing the western section as roadworks continue.
The eastern section from the petrol station to Myrtiotissa street will open on 7 January, whilst the western section between the same points will close, the municipality said.
Traffic will continue in both directions with temporary lane width restrictions, as currently applies. The public is asked to follow on-site road signage.
The municipality said all necessary measures and arrangements have been provided to limit inconvenience to road users.
