Only few are the pending issues as regards the staffing of schools in Cyprus in view of the imminent start of the new academic year, Education Ministry officers have assured organized parents as well as teachers.
This is what Philenews reported on Monday, adding that the staffing process was carried out quite early this year so that, by the time school bells ring, everything will be in place.
Organized parents were also told that almost everything is fine with books, as well. And that those in charge of the smooth operation of schools all across Cyprus can now focus on the implementation of coronavirus health protocols in place.
Moreover, official health protocols at schools are expected to be partly updated and sent to those in charge of implementation within the coming days, according to insiders.
And Education Minister Prodromos Prodromou will hold a teleconference with directors of Secondary Education on August 30.
