Dining in the dark, watching a musical performance in the theatre in total darkness. Indulging in experiences in pitch black, for a variety of reasons, is in lately. In a similar fashion is a unique experience that is coming to the island from abroad. Noir The Show is an interactive dinner show created by George Valaris, the maker of Parfait Athens that houses a unique dining and cabaret performance experience featuring 30 artists, singers, dancers and acrobats. Following a series of successful theatrical plays (Mermaids and Lads, Beautiful City, Sixth Floor), Valaris is bringing his glamorous dinner show Noir to Cyprus.
On May 18 at Pavillion, Nicosia and May 19, 20, and 21 at Opus Events Venue, Limassol, audiences will be treated to a mesmerising interactive spectacle vastly different from what the island’s entertainment scene is used to.
On stage, four singers will bring the music while nine dancers and four special acts bring the show-biz razzle-dazzle. Choreographies by Charis Savvas and Markos Giakoumoglou and sparkling costumes by Carolina Antoniou will entertain audiences while they enjoy a three-course-meal.
“An unforgettable evening of entertainment and exceptional gastronomy begins with a carefully selected à la carte menu of three-course-meal,” say organisers, “as talented singers, skilful dancers, aerial artists and special acts take you on a musical journey from the 40s to today!”
