Multi-million euro complex planned for former Latsia pool site

Property developer Cyview has purchased the site that housed the Ginger Swimming Pool in Latsia, Nicosia.

The company acquired the 6,186 square metre plot to develop a multi-million euro mixed-use complex combining residential, hospitality and corporate facilities, the firm said on Friday.

The development site operates under building coefficients of 140% for 50% of the land and 100% for the remainder. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, pending planning and building permit approvals currently in progress.

The project represents a strategic multi-million euro investment designed to upgrade the urban landscape of the area through a multifunctional centre for accommodation, residence, recreation and corporate hospitality.

Andreas Michael, founder and managing director of Cyview, said the acquisition forms part of the group’s investment plan.

“The acquisition and development of this specific plot in Latsia represents a strategic decision with a long-term vision,” Michael said. “We envision a project that combines high aesthetics, functionality and absolute respect for the urban environment.”
