The year 2026 marks a decisive new chapter for LimassolGreens, confirming its transition from an ambitious development into a fully integrated golf and premium lifestyle destination.
Following a milestone year in 2025, defined by the handover of residences and the launch of its international-standard golf course, Limassol Greens now moves forward with a clear focus on expansion, enhanced infrastructure, and the evolution of everyday life within the project, strengthening its role in Limassol and across Cyprus.
The foundations of this momentum were firmly established in 2025. In September, handovers began for the first 74 residences, comprising 22 villas and 52 apartments in the Robin East and Robin West buildings. These deliveries marked the formation of the first permanent residential community at Limassol Greens, signalling the project’s shift from construction to lived experience, with daily activity, social interaction, and a growing sense of place.
In October 2025, the 18-hole golf course entered full operation. Designed by internationally renowned golf course architect Cabell B. Robinson, the course opened to members on 1 October and to the public on 1 December 2025. Measuring 6,300 metres in length, with tees and fairways planted with Tahoma 31 grass and a layout shaped by the site’s natural topography, the course meets international standards and positions Limassol on the global golf map.
The golfing experience is supported by comprehensive facilities. The 320-metre driving range, equipped with 30 TrackMan technology screens and suitable for individuals with no prior experience, offers performance analysis and personalised training. At the same time, the Golf Academy serves as an entry point for new players, allowing them to become familiar with the sport and contributing to the gradual increase in the number of active golfers in Cyprus.
Within the first months of operation, Limassol Greens recorded 100 active golf members. A significant proportion of these members come from audiences previously absent from the local golf market, reflecting both the sport’s widening appeal and the emergence of a new business ecosystem around it. At the same time, the membership base includes both local and international players, mirroring Limassol’s multicultural character and reinforcing the project’s role as a point of reference for diverse audiences.
Competitive activity commenced on 31 January 2026 with the Winter Open Tournament, the first major golf tournament held at Limassol Greens, attracting more than 100 participants. The event marked the beginning of a structured programme of tournaments and private events, further supporting the project’s positioning in sports tourism and corporate hospitality.
Alongside its sporting facilities, Limassol Greens continues to invest in landscaping and environmental integration. To date, more than 5,000 trees have been planted, creating an extensive green core that enhances the daily experience of residents and visitors and contributes meaningfully to the overall quality of the environment.
The year 2026 signals the next phase of expansion for Limassol Greens. In the residential sector, a new type of villa is planned, alongside the commencement of construction of The Starlings, a new residential offering comprising 126 contemporary two- and three-bedroom apartments across three elegant six-storey buildings. In parallel, public infrastructure is being developed on the western side of the project, covering 150,000 square metres and including green spaces, pedestrian routes, two playgrounds, two padel courts and a tennis court, all with full supporting facilities and public access.

Everyday life within the project is anchored by a central hospitality and social hub. The Clubhouse serves as a meeting point for residents, members and visitors, with the restaurant The Roost forming part of the project’s daily social rhythm. Inspired by global street-food flavours, the restaurant follows a contemporary culinary approach under the direction of chef Loukas Kyriakou, serving street-food offerings on weekdays and brunch on weekends.
Further social and lifestyle spaces are planned for 2026, including The Nest, a contemporary gathering point seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape of Limassol Greens. Surrounding it, new dining venues will be introduced, including a café and a family-friendly restaurant with outdoor seating, while a nearby Kids’ Club will offer creative activities for younger visitors.
The experience will be complemented by the Fitness & Spa Center, a comprehensive wellness destination expected to become a core element of daily life at Limassol Greens. Modern fitness facilities, spa services, pools, treatment rooms and an outdoor yoga area create an environment focused on balance, wellbeing and connection with nature.
Limassol Greens continues to evolve as a reference destination for golf and lifestyle, offering a holistic living environment where residence, sport, gastronomy, wellness and high-quality public infrastructure converge. As the only golf resort located within an urban setting in Cyprus, Limassol Greens confirms its position in 2026 as a mature, active destination with a clear trajectory for long-term growth.
