The Law Office has filed a criminal case at Nicosia District Court concerning the incompatibility of former Cyprus Football Association President Giorgos Koumas.
The case was filed yesterday and involves one natural person and two legal entities, according to the Law Office.
The Law Office confirmed the information to CyBC without providing further details about the content of the indictment.
The Attorney General had given instructions for a criminal investigation and appointed former senior district judge Alexandra Lykourgou as independent criminal investigator.
She conducted the investigation with a team of four investigators from the Financial Crime Investigation Service.
The report was delivered to the Law Office in early September.
