The study about the consequences on the environment from the makeover of the Larnaca Port and Marina that has been submitted to the Environment Department, is under consideration.
As reported in the Study, the main target of the makeover is to achieve 600 positions for the docking of yachts, up to 115 meters.
The implementation of the master plan is expected to take place in four phases. During construction the disturbance of the current operations of the Port and of the Marina will be limited to the minimum. It is pointed out that the project will contribute to the achievement of national targets to promote the region and improve the standard of living of the residents of Larnaca.
