The weather on Monday morning will be mainly fine before increased cloud cover brings isolated showers and possible thunderstorms to mountainous and inland areas after midday, according to the Department of Meteorology.
Winds will blow from the south to southwest, initially weak to moderate at force 3-4 on the Beaufort scale, strengthening locally to moderate or strong force 4-5 later in the day.
The sea will be smooth to slight.
Maximum temperatures will reach around 34 degrees Celsius in inland areas, approximately 31 degrees along coastal regions, and around 25 degrees in higher mountainous areas.
Tuesday afternoon will bring local showers and isolated thunderstorms to mountainous areas and inland.
Wednesday’s weather will see cloud development after midday expected to produce local showers or thunderstorms, mainly in mountainous areas.
