Government salaries and pensions for December will be paid on 19 December, the Treasury of the Republic announced on Monday.
The payments, which cover government officials, civil servants and hourly paid government staff, were approved by the finance minister.
The 13th salary and 13th pension payments will follow on 29 December, the Treasury said.
Amounts will be credited to beneficiaries’ bank accounts within 24 hours of the specified dates, according to standard banking protocols, the announcement said.
