Fire near the Agia Fyla shooting range (photos)

A fire broke out this afternoon near the Agia Fyla shooting range in Limassol.

According to the Fire Service, the fire is burning dry weeds, wild vegetation and a pile of garbage. Three Fire Engines are on the spot as well as a vehicle of the Forestry Department.

Due to the winds in the area two aircraft of the Forestry Department are assisting the efforts since the fire is approaching an inhabited area.
