From the village of Kokkinochori in Kavala, the distinctive hometown of Vasilis Karras, relatives and friends bid their final farewell today at the Holy Temple of Agios Nestoros to the beloved folk singer.
Among others, former governor of Central Macedonia Panagiotis Psomiadis was present.
The body of Vasilis Karas will arrive in Kokkinochori, where he will be buried, at around noon. As per the singer’s wish, he will be laid to rest next to his parents.
