€15.2m Limassol apartment tops Cyprus property sales in October

The 10 most expensive property sales across Cyprus in October 2025 totalled €87.6 million, with Limassol dominating the luxury market, according to data processed and published by Ask Wire.

The most expensive transaction of the month, worth €15.2 million, was a three-floor apartment in Potamos Germasogeias, confirming Limassol’s long-standing strength in the high-value property market.

Limassol accounted for eight of the top ten most expensive transactions, whilst two sales were recorded in the free Famagusta district, specifically in Ayia Napa.

Ask Wire managing director Pavlos Loizou said the Limassol district has a decisive contribution to the luxury property market, as it is the area where seven-figure and eight-figure transactions are recorded most frequently.

Sales of such levels in the apartment category are difficult to appear in other free Cyprus districts, he noted, with Germasogeias showing a stable presence of high-value transactions.

The eight sales in Limassol included in October’s top ten had a total value of almost €77 million, whilst the two transactions in Ayia Napa came to approximately €11 million.

Of the 10 most expensive sales, four concerned residences—three apartments in Potamos Germasogeias and one house in Ayia Napa—with a total value of €31.9 million, whilst three were fields valued at €16.9 million.

Ask Wire notes that the data is based on completed sales transactions and reflects the continuing strength of the luxury property market, with Limassol as the focal point.
