A weak low-pressure system is affecting Cyprus, with a weak high expected to move in gradually from Sunday.
Today will be mainly clear, though periods of locally increased cloud cover are expected, with the chance of isolated showers in the west and north.
Winds will blow from the south-west to north-west, light to moderate at three to four Beaufort, gradually strengthening to four to five Beaufort. The sea will be slight to moderate.
Temperatures will reach around 21 degrees Celsius inland and on the coast, and 12 degrees at the higher mountain areas.
Holy Saturday will be periodically mainly cloudy.
Easter Sunday will start mainly clear, but developing cloud in the afternoon is expected to bring isolated showers, mainly over the mountains.
