On 22 February the Larnaca Assizes Courtroom will announce the sentence for Ws Wispear System Restricted relating to the spy van. By means of its lawyer, the corporate has admitted guilt in 42 costs, together with unlawful processing of private information and unlawful intervention in non-public communications. It’s reminded that originally the indictment included 90 costs towards the corporate however most of them have been withdrawn on the orders of the Lawyer Normal. Moreover, three individuals, officers of the corporate who had been initially included within the indictment have been launched of all costs on the orders of the Lawyer Normal.
The case with the van that belongs to Wispear Firm of Tal Dilian was revealed in November 2019, after the discharge of a video presenting a former officer of the Israeli safety companies referring to the capabilities of the monitoring gear he had on the market. The Police started investigations, confiscating the van, which had been declared as a meteorological functions car on the time of its entry in Cyprus.
