BBC journalist “ran away” in a live broadcast when sirens for rockets sounded

BBC journalist Liz Doucette experienced moments of terror when she was live on the British channel when she heard the Israeli sirens sounding for a missile launch.

As shown in the video Doucette who is the head of the BBC’s international correspondents department, “ran away” looking for a safe place.

The incident occurred while the journalist was in an area of southern Israel on Wednesday and was saying “This is the situation now…” before being interrupted by a voice from someone not in the cadre saying “Go, go, go”.
