Unknown attackers clashed in central Larnaca in front of terrified passers-by, firing shots without hesitation.
Video secured by philenews from the moment of the clash shows a group wielding crowbars and even axes as they fought. The footage captures those involved damaging cars whilst gunshots rang out.
The violence erupted just 100 metres from Larnaca Police Headquarters on Grigori Afxentiou, the city’s busiest street.
