Aegean Airlines will resume direct flights between Athens and Paphos from 3 July 2026, adding three weekly services to its Cyprus network.
The decision was announced during a meeting on 11 February in Paphos between executives of the Paphos Regional Board of Tourism (ETAP) and representatives of Aegean Cyprus.
Aegean said the move forms part of its broader strategy to strengthen its presence in Cyprus and expand its route network. The addition of the Paphos–Athens service is expected to improve access both to Greece and to Aegean’s wider international network.
From early July, the three weekly flights will link Paphos with Athens, offering onward connections to key tourism markets including Germany and the Nordic countries.
During the meeting, the two sides also discussed joint promotional actions to support the new route and raise awareness of the service.
ETAP welcomed the return of the flights and expressed hope that Aegean will further expand its presence at Paphos International Airport in the near future.
