Aegean Airlines, the flag carrier airline of Greece, has added another destination to its summer program now exceeding 140 destinations in 44 countries.
As already released, as of June, Aegean will fly twice a week from Athens to Einthoven, increasing the destinations that the airline has in the Netherlands. According to analysts, in recent years, Einthoven has a particularly active Greek community, mainly of students.
This summer, Aegean will offer 11 million seats, reaching in the summer months the level of flights in 2019. it is has already seen ticket sales hit 80-83% of the 2019 figures, with the airline’s cash flow breaking even as early as mid-February, compared to May last year.
